Open Access Policy

The Journal of Economics, Management & Business Administration (JEMBA) is a fully open-access journal, which means that all content is freely available without charge to the user or his/her institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author. 

Licensing

All content is distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0). Authors retain copyright and grant the journal the right of first publication.

Under the CC BY-NC 4.0 license, users may read, download, copy, distribute, print, share, adapt, and reuse the content for non-commercial purposes, provided proper attribution is given to the original authors. Any use of the content for commercial purposes requires prior permission from the copyright holder(s).


Copyright Policy

The copyright policy of JEMBA is based on a non-exclusive publishing agreement, according to which the journal retains the right of first publication, but the author(s) are free to publish their work subsequently. The copyright of all work rests with the author(s).


Digital Preservation

To guarantee long-term accessibility of published content, JEMBA uses the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN) integrated with Open Journal Systems (OJS).
